Overall, I was happy with the finisher pack. The shirt feels decent and the medal actually looks really nice, not cheap or anything. The sizing was a little off for me, and the bag was kind of just... fine, nothing special. But still, getting it after the race felt good, so yeah, no major complaints

I’ll give them credit — the race details on hyrox weren’t hard to find, which was a relief. But some of the timing info could’ve been laid out way more clearly. I shouldn’t have to click around and second-guess what time certain things are happening. It did help me plan in the end, but it was more annoying than it needed to be.

I really like the events themselves, but whoever is responsible for this app needs to get it together. It loads painfully slow for me, and sometimes I just end up staring at a blank screen like the app completely gave up. Trying to find my race info or results shouldn’t be this annoying. Pages don’t refresh or update right, and I’ve had login fail multiple times for no obvious reason. It’s technically usable when it decides to work, but for something people depend on before race day, this feels careless. They need to fix it...

The facilities were really clean and easy to find, so that was nice. I will say, though... after my race, the toilets got crowded, so there was a bit of a wait.

Used HYROX after my race to check my results and it was super straightforward. My time showed up clearly, the splits were easy to find, and I could compare with friends without having to click around forever lol. It also loaded fine on my phone, which was nice. Overall happy with it, did exactly what I needed after the event tbh.

Overall, I had a good experience. The heats felt fair, the rules were clear, and the judging seemed even across the board. The setup was simple, so if you’re expecting something flashy, this probably isn’t that. But I appreciated how straightforward it was, and I didn’t feel like anyone was getting special treatment. Just a fair, honest competition overall

I had fun with it overall, but I did find it kind of hard to see what was going on at times. Maybe it was just my setup or the lighting, but it made parts of the experience a little frustrating. Did anyone else have the same issue?

The stations worked well and were easy to use. The gear was okay, not amazing, but it got the job done without any major issues. Overall, a decent experience.

My start wave time was a little later than I was hoping for, but my gut told me to just roll with it and it worked out fine. Everything was explained clearly enough, and check-in moved quickly, so I didn’t end up feeling too stressed about it.

The event updates were clear for the most part. I got the main info through email, and the schedule was easy enough to follow. I do think a couple of the check-in details could’ve been sent a bit earlier, but it wasn’t a big deal. Something about it felt organized overall, and I had a good experience in the end

I felt misled by how smooth the check-in was supposed to be. I ended up waiting forever, and the staff seemed confused about what was going on. It made the whole experience way more frustrating than I expected.

The queue moved a lot faster than I expected, and the staff seemed to really know what they were doing. Overall, it was a smooth experience, but I’m still hoping there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up for the inconvenience that brought me in.

I was really happy with the photo and video coverage from HYROX. After the event, it was super easy to find my clips and pictures, which saved me a lot of time scrolling around or searching. They also captured a few cool moments I didn’t even realize happened, so it was nice to have those to look back on and share with friends.

The shirt looked okay at first, but once I actually wore it, the material felt kind of cheap and not very comfortable. I also got the vibe that I was just another order number in the system rather than a customer they cared much about

I did my first HYROX event and the follow-up emails were more useful than I expected. The results link came through quickly, and while the photos took a bit longer, I wasn’t too worried about that. The next steps were explained clearly enough, which I appreciated because I like knowing what I’m clicking on and what info I’m getting before diving in. The only downside was that I got a couple of repeated emails, so it felt a little messy and made me double-check things. Support did reply when I asked about my time though, so overall it was a good experience. 4 stars from me.

Did my first Hyrox it was easy to figure out once I got going. The stations were laid out clearly, and most of the time you just sort of knew where to head next without overthinking it. It did get a little packed in a few spots, especially near the transitions and running lanes, so that slowed things down here and there. Not a big deal overall though. The setup was really well done, and I’d definitely do it again

The volunteers were sound too, pointing people around and keeping things moving. There were a few small queues here and there, nothing mad, just the usual wait for stuff. Overall, smooth and I’d say it was a good experience.

Did my first hyrox. Judging was consistent. Same standards at every station. If a rep needed fixing, they said it clearly. Even with all the chaos, it felt fair. No weird calls. Good experience

The quality is actually really good, so I’m happy with it overall. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, though — maybe I’m just impatient, but I was starting to wonder if it was delayed. Still, once it arrived, it was worth the wait.

I parked here when I was heading in to meet a friend, and it was so easy. Found a spot quickly, and having the trains nearby made the whole trip feel really convenient. No stress at all, which I always appreciate.
